These are panels for transmitting important information to the user in small portions, or getting some data from them (entering data as a single field).

You can: 
  • give information to the user (fl_info)
  • ask question (fl_questions)
  • Fill in certain data fields(fl_fieldFillings)
Markup specifies which data to issue to the user (comma-separated various codes from the fl_types table). 
In the control panel, there is a tooltip Panel section for managing fl_info.
