Module of Project and Task Management
We use this system for our own needs and gradually develop it as the business requirements change within our processes.
The project is divided into stages. Each stage is a separate technical specification, acceptance and act.
This is the list of active projects with the main metrics.
Using this table you can understand the situation on the project:
- are there enough tasks for everyone at the stage?
- what is the current load and how fast are we moving through the tasks (in the sub-table)
- what is the percentage of completion for the elements of the stage and how many have already passed in the intermediate acceptance?
- what are the current costs for the stage? How much did you get for the stage?
- the state of the documents? Are the scans of the additional document or the act entered??
- are there any idle items on the estimate?
Also on the page you can view the bugs of the project, manage the composition of the project participants, put a comment on the project, go to the project backlog.
The stage has an estimate for the items. Each item is assigned tasks that are done by the executors within the system.
Here we see the main parameters for time, finances, and documents. There is also integration with Google Drive, i.e. it is possible to edit acts, invoices and additional agreements to the stage directly from the system interface.
There is a system for awarding bonuses for a stage.
At the bottom there is a table of stage elements with the status, related tasks, indication of overspending, mark of Additional (when something is done outside the technical specification). There are also group actions for changing statuses and transferring items to another stage.
To agree on the estimate for the stage, there is a separate page with a unique secret link that we give to the client to view and agree on the stage (the client does not need to log in).
There is also a checklist for the stage to check the completion of significant typical actions for the stage.
The executor records the task execution time via the timelog. I.e., all work is recorded by time.
This allows you to control task estimates and actual costs.
On the right, the executor fixes the timelog for the task. In the center there is a description of the task, as well as attached bugs. Bugs can be viewed directly on the same page in the modal window.
Also, at the bottom right, the executor sees the general state of the stage to which this task is linked..
For the manager, there is a general report on people to understand who spends how many hours, who does not have enough downloads, who has too many tasks, who has overdue a lot of tasks, as well as the ability to view a detailed tag for a person.

There are a number of additional buttons for the manager. According to the tasks, you can see where the excess is, where the task is overdue (red). The executor can also see whether he is online or not.
The task can be opened both in a modal window and on a separate page (useful when you need to share a link to a ticket).
The system member has its own dashboard, its composition depends on the set of roles that the user has. The panel displays the projects that the person participates in, as well as their tasks. The main significant indicators for the user are displayed at the top.
A report on the speed of the team's work, divided into project types. We distinguish between actual hours and estimated closed hours. Usually, the actual hours are more than the standard ones, but it is necessary to avoid a strong gap (if there is one, it means that someone missed the estimate very much, or some work was not taken into account in the stage).
Using a similar system on another project will require reworking sql procedures for a new database structure (the current solution is strongly tied to our separate database of the inherited accounting system, which was developed earlier from scratch).
The system has additional modules related to the backlog, documents, accounting for sending correspondence, but this is not directly related to the accounting of projects, tasks.
